His pursuit of medical excellence led him to the University of Pikeville-KYCOM, where he earned his medical degree. His medical career ascended as he completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Louisville, followed by a prestigious chief resident year. His advanced training in Allergy/Immunology was accomplished at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
